Now that the warmer weather is here to stay (hopefully), move your workouts outdoors!!  Inside this week's newsletter, you will find a playground workout within the fitness tip.  Playgrounds are not just for kids- they are FUN for us adults as well.  Monkey bars, swings, slides-- they can all be used in a fun, playground circuit.  Next time you take your kids or grand kids to the park, give it a try!  Feel free to get creative and make up your own circuit based on the available equipment.
