Meet the C2BF Team
Jackie Tederick, M.Ed.
Wellness Integration Coordinator/ RCPS Food Service Supervisor
Hello! My name is Jackie Tederick. I am proud to be a Rappahannock County native. Upon graduating from Rappahannock County High School, I attended Radford University for my B.S. in Physical Education which allowed me to teach Physical Education for 17 years and coach volleyball for 13 years at my alma mater. The Commit to be Fit Program afforded me the privilege to move to the Wellness Integration Coordinator to pursue my passion for creating a positive difference in both adults and children in making healthy living fun. I am a Certified Personal Trainer. Along with being a Master Certified Health Coach, I am a Certified L.E.A.N. Health Coach in the belief that optimal health is achieved through a balanced approach to wellness in four areas: Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude, and Nutrition (L.E.A.N.) - how we live, move, think, and eat.
My hobbies are spending time with my family, friends, and pets, furthering my knowledge of nutrition and exercise, all preferably on a beautiful beach somewhere.

Hi everyone! I am so honored to be a part of such an incredible program in an incredible little county. I have been a part of the Rapp community since I was little and have always called this place home. Upon graduating from Rappahannock County High School in 2017, I went on to get my Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences. I am also Certified as a Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise. After coming back to Rapp after college and getting married, I decided it was time to get back to my home roots. I accepted a job working at the Rappahannock County Elementary School for the beginning of the 2022 school year where I assisted the Special Education Department and also assisted in coaching Junior Varsity Volleyball. Joining the Commit to Be Fit team has allowed me to pursue my dream of helping individuals in the community integrate health and fitness into everyday life in a fun, positive way. In my free time, I enjoy hiking (preferably with my fur buddy!), taking trips to Outer Banks shore every opportunity I get and spending time with family and friends.
Holly Jenkins, M.A., CPT
RCPS Communications & Engagement Specialist
Hi C2BF Family! I am a graduate of the University of Virginia and received my Master of Arts in Health Studies from the University of Alabama. Prior to joining C2BF in 2016, I worked in the fitness industry for 11 years at Gold’s Gym & Fitness Evolution as an Assistant General Manager and Director of several departments (personal training, group fitness, and Weight Right). Before making the switch to fitness, I worked in different facets of the advertising/marketing field.
I am both a Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Health Coach (both through the American Council on Exercise). In addition, I hold several fitness/nutrition specialties: Master Fitness Trainer (National Federation of Professional Trainers), Youth Exercise Specialist (National Academy of Sports Medicine), Senior Fitness Specialist (American Council on Exercise), Sports Conditioning Specialist (American Council on Exercise), and Fitness Nutrition Specialist (National Federation of Professional Trainers). Also, I am a certified Revo2lution Running Trainer (Run-Fit), a Certified Brain Health Trainer (Brain Health Trainer), and a Flash Reflex Trainer (BlazePods). Additionally, I am certified to teach a variety of different group exercise programs and formats.
My hobbies include learning/education (hence the multiple specialties and certs), running, water sports, and spending time with my husband, four children, dogs, and Mustangs (horses). I feel extremely honored to be a part of this amazing community and school district.
