Happy Friday!! Attached is our newsletter for Sept. 3rd. The team has been working hard to put together a top-notch, at-home workout program for you! While this type of workout program regularly costs $100-$200 (or more), we are able to offer it to you free of charge, thanks to the amazing PATH Foundation.
Designed to be only 30 minutes a day, this program incorporates 12-weeks of exercises presented in a series of progressions. Participants will receive a monthly digit
